動態股薄肌成形術

針對大便失禁病患可以進行動態股薄肌成形術。該手術過程中，從大腿內側收集薄的股薄肌，從皮膚下將股薄肌鑿穿以包裹肛門，形成一個人造的肛門約括肌（新約括肌）。

之後對這個新造的肛門約括肌使用電刺激器進行刺激以避免失禁的情況。病人可以開關控制該電刺激器。該手術的成功率為60-80%，可能會出現傷口感染問題。
