动态股薄肌成形术

针对大便失禁病患可以进行动态股薄肌成形术。该手术过程中，从大腿内侧收集薄的股薄肌，从皮肤下将股薄肌凿穿以包裹肛门，形成一个人造的肛门约括肌（新约括肌）。

之后对这个新造的肛门约括肌使用电刺激器进行刺激以避免失禁的情况。病人可以开关控制该电刺激器。该手术的成功率为60-80%，可能会出现伤口感染问题。
